According to a letter from President William George, the Pennsylvania AFL-CIO has officially endorsed the project to deepen the Delaware River Main Channel to 45 feet. The organization specifically applauded the creation of nearly 125,000 family-sustaining jobs and the significant boost to our region's economy.
The Pennsylvania AFL-CIO represents 900,000 workers from 51 International Unions, and 1,422 Locals in all of Pennsylvania's counties. The group's mission is to represent the interests of working families and communities across the state. |
